Steps
We start the delivery of your move, in the new house/office, on the requested date and carry out the unloading, unpacking and assembly of all your belongings at the destination.
We check the source inventory and volume count to make sure everything is as good as the source.
Reinforced cardboard boxes of different sizes and suitable for different types of items such as crockery, books, clothes, chairs, lampshades and pictures. As well as reinforced cardboard wardrobes for suits and dresses.
Tissue paper for fragile porcelain and very delicate items, as well as the use of bubble / craft cardboard spools to protect the surface of furniture and bubble wrap.
Wooden crates/boxes, made to measure, in our carpentry shop, for the protection of special or high-value items such as works of art, antiques, paintings, mirrors, sculptures and marble stones.
Packaging
In order for all your goods to arrive at their destination in perfect condition, Journey Concept uses the best packaging materials available on the market and the most suitable for each type of good and transport, with the most qualified professionals in the art of packaging and specialists in moving .
We have a system of wooden (or iron) containers, subject to sealing, where all the goods that will be stored in our facilities are placed, they are one of our ways of storing your belongings while they are waiting for "shipping", or they are in storage long lasting.

Long-term Storage
Long-term storage consists on having export-type packaging, in which the goods are stored in our long-term warehouses inside iron containers or lift-vans.
Short-term Storage
Short-term storage consists of having normal packaging, in which the goods are stored in our short-term warehouses, inside lift-vans.
In-transit Storage
"In-transit" storage is when goods are waiting to be exported or imported to the final destination that the customer provides to the company. The type of packaging will depend on the type of service requested by the customer and the destination.
